Meet Fester, a German Wirehaired Pointer!
In 2025, Fester was found on the streets, barely clinging to life. His leg had been badly injured and broken; he could hardly move, and it seemed he had completely lost hope.
Our volunteers rescued him, did everything they could to repair his injured leg, and eventually brought him to safety. Today, Fester is a completely different dog - full of life, energy, and optimism.
Fester is still very young, estimated to be just 2–3 years old. He loves running, chasing sticks, meeting new people, and playing with other dogs. Despite everything he has been through, he greets each day with enthusiasm and joy.
His injured leg healed in an unusual way, and he has adapted remarkably well. He runs beautifully, using it almost like a crutch. He isn't in pain, requires no treatment, and enjoys an active, happy life.
Fester is currently living with another large dog and gets along with him wonderfully. He enjoys canine company and would likely be happy with another friendly dog in the home.
Because of his strong prey drive, we do not recommend a home with cats.
Now all Fester needs is a family that will love him for the incredible dog he is.

Some dogs begin life surrounded by love. Hina wasn't one of them.
At just 3 months old, she and her sister were chained outside to guard a chicken coop and goat shed. They spent their puppyhood tied up, surviving on bones and scraps. They never played, never explored, never learned what it meant to simply be puppies.
Then one day, they were no longer wanted. Their owner untied them, took them to a nearby street, and left them there.
By the time we found Hina, she was barely hanging on. Hunger had driven her to swallow so many sharp bones that her stomach was completely packed with them. She was rushed straight to the veterinary hospital, where the vets fought to save her life. Thankfully, they won.
Today, it's almost impossible to believe this bright, joyful little dog is the same puppy! Hina is playful, curious, and endlessly affectionate. She has a gentle soul and loves everyone she meets. She's wonderful with children and enjoys being around other dogs. While she's a little more reserved than her confident sister, she blossoms quickly once she realizes she's safe.
Because Hina spent her early months on a chain, everything in the world was new to her. She had never been on a walk, had never experienced life inside a home. With patience and kindness, she's learned so much. She now walks beautifully on a leash and does all her business outside with regular walks.
Large dogs can make her a little nervous at first, so proper introductions are important. She hasn't been introduced to cats yet, but with her gentle nature and small size, we believe she has every chance of getting along well with them.
Hina rides calmly in the car and grows more confident every day. We recently took her to a lively children's event in the park, and within minutes she was happily exploring, playing, and taking it all in stride.
Since her rescue, Hina has been living in a kennel, so we don't yet know how she'll feel about being left home alone. What we do know is that she's more than ready for the next chapter of her life.
She's ready for soft beds instead of hard ground. For daily walks instead of chains. For gentle hands instead of neglect. Most of all, she's ready for a family to call her own.

Yoko's story begins the same way as her sister Hina's: at just3 months old, the two puppies were chained outside to guard a chicken coop and goat shed. They grew up without freedom, surviving on scraps and bones instead of proper food, never knowing what it meant to simply be loved. Then, one day, they were abandoned.
Fortunately, Yoko escaped the medical emergency that nearly claimed Hina's life. Somehow, despite everything, she made it through those difficult months without lasting health problems. The only reminder of her rough start is her beautiful tail, which had to be shaved because it was very tangled. It's growing back nicely now.

She's confident, energetic, and always ready for the next adventure. Curious about everything, she approaches life with enthusiasm and a wagging tail. Yoko is the first to investigate something new, the first to greet visitors, and the first to invite everyone to play.
She absolutely loves people and is wonderful with children. Affectionate, cheerful, and full of personality, she's the kind of dog who quickly becomes everyone's favorite.
Yoko gets along great with other dogs and isn't intimidated by larger ones. She seems convinced she's in charge no matter who's around! She has a naturally confident personality and likes to take the lead. While it's an endearing trait, she'll do best with a family that is happy to provide kind, consistent guidance and help her understand that the humans are the true leaders of the household.
Like her sister, Yoko walks beautifully on a leash, rides calmly in the car, and is fully house-trained with regular walks. She currently lives in the same kennel as Hina and has adapted wonderfully to her daily routine. Now all that's missing is a family of her own.
Yoko has already survived more than any puppy ever should. Yet she greets each day with joy, confidence, and an open heart. She's ready to trade kennel life for cozy evenings on the couch, exciting walks with her people, and a lifetime of love.

Meet Muchacha - a 25-pound "shepherd tester" and living proof that the best things often come in small packages. Out of hundreds of abandoned puppies at the shelter, she somehow stood out immediately. And now we know exactly why!
Muchacha is pure joy on four paws. She chases pigeons with great determination, splashes through puddles as if they're made just for her, invites every dog she meets to play, investigates bushes for suspicious mice activity, and firmly believes that receiving compliments is an essential part of her daily routine.
Her dislikes are equally clear: being left without a playmate, taking showers, noisy garbage trucks, and spending too much time alone.
Muchacha has a huge personality packed into a compact body. Small dogs often form incredibly deep bonds with their people, and Muchacha is no exception. Once she loves you, she'll want to be part of everything you do: your walks, adventures, lazy afternoons, and even your Zoom conversations. Her loyalty is wholehearted and unwavering. Being left alone, she might redesign a pair of your shoes or destroy some toys.

At about 5 years old, 33 lbs, and knee-high, Molly is a beautiful Brittany Spaniel with the softest eyes and the gentlest soul you could imagine. She was found wandering the streets, and no one was searching for her. Somehow, this sweet girl was left behind, but we're determined to make sure her next chapter is the one she deserves.
Molly is affectionate, sensitive, and deeply connected to her people. She happily gets along with other dogs and pets. While Brittany Spaniels are famous for their intelligence, loyalty, and love of the outdoors, Molly has chosen a slightly different lifestyle. She's not training for an ultramarathon or planning to summit mountains. Her perfect day involves a leisurely walk, a good sniff around the neighbourhood, and plenty of time to watch birds and investigate all mysterious rustlings in the bushes.
Like many Brittanys, Molly is highly people-oriented. This breed is known for forming close bonds with their families, and Molly is no exception. She genuinely enjoys being part of daily life and thrives when she can share her world with her humans. She isn't the type of dog who occupies space in your home - she wants to be your companion, your shadow, and your friend.
Molly does experience some separation anxiety and will need patience as she adjusts to a new routine. In return, she'll offer something truly special: a deep and meaningful connection with a dog who loves with her whole heart.

Meet Tom Belkin — our fluffy little miracle looking for a forever home!
Belkin is a 2-year-old Russian Laika (husky mix), about 45 cm tall, and truly the kindest soul. He’s intelligent, affectionate, and endlessly optimistic — the kind of dog who greets each day with quiet joy and a wagging tail.
Life hasn’t been easy for him. Belkin survived a car accident that left him with a broken pelvis and an old hip injury. He carries a little limp as a reminder, but it doesn’t weigh down his spirit. He walks happily, enjoys moderate strolls, and plays gentle games — always cheerful, ready to share his love.
What makes Belkin special is not just his resilience, but the way he radiates calm and kindness. He loves cuddles, gets along beautifully with other pets, and has a way of making everyone around him feel at peace.

Ozzy is a young dog who never gave up on people, even after spending most of his puppyhood waiting behind shelter walls.
Ozzy was rescued when he was only about 7 months old. While other puppies were growing up in homes, learning about the world and building bonds with families, Ozzy spent nearly a year in a shelter, hoping someone would notice him.
Two months ago, he finally got his chance.
Ozzy moved into a foster home with two humans and seven dogs, and what we've discovered is a truly wonderful companion. Despite everything he's been through, Ozzy is gentle, affectionate, and incredibly people-oriented. While many dogs are focused on playing with other dogs, Ozzy's favourite company is human. He simply wants to be near his people, quietly sharing whatever the day brings.
He isn't aggressive in the slightest and generally pays little attention to other dogs. He's polite, calm, and prefers making friends with humans instead. Ozzy already knows how to sit and offer his paw, walks nicely on a leash, and is eager to learn more. He's a smart young dog who enjoys positive attention and praise.
Like many dogs who have spent a long time in a shelter, Ozzy can still be startled by sudden loud noises. But with every passing week, his confidence grows, and he continues to discover that the world is a much kinder place than he once thought.
